Sate is known to originate from Java and can be found in any area of ​​Indonesia and has been regarded as one of Indonesia's national cuisines. Some types of local satay in Indonesia namely sate Madura, Satay Padang, satay Ponorogo, satay Blora, sate Banjar, Makassar satay, goat satay, sate rabbit, satay lilit (Anon, 2010).
